For reference: Height: 5'6". Shirt size: Typically small. Pants: 29/30x30. Cortech Ventura Jean - Dark Rinse, Size 30X30 These pants fit me well and were pretty comfortable. I would say they are true to size and fit like slim fit jeans. I was curious, so I put on my Alpinestars knee and hip armors (both nucleon flex) on the pants. The knee armor sat a little low but seemed okay and the hip armor was uncomfortable (could be better with their own branded armor). I would recommend these pants for casual wear. Noru Checkered Shirt - Red/Black, Size Small I was looking for something casual to wear while doing some local city riding and I thought this would fit the bill. The fit is one size bigger than advertised. The shirt makes you look like you're wearing an incredible hulk costume, the armor is too bulky and feels like hard foam style armor. I thought switching out to my Alpinestars nucleon flex elbow and shoulder protector would eliminate that issue, but it does not, and it does not fit well in this shirt. I missed my opportunity to return this shirt and I would definitely not recommend this shirt.
