Order with Multiple Sizes/Styles for Try On

(the possible exception to Free Shipping)

If you order more than one size of a product or more than one product with similar size and function in order to try them on to check fit, features etc, and then return most or all of the products,we may deduct the cost of outbound shipping in additional to the $8.99 return shipping label we offer. This policy applies to single orders with multiple items or a series of orders placed over a short time.

Every customer’s buying habits are different, so we consider the product mix, the percentage of items returned, past buying history (if any), etc in determining shipping deductions. Deductions we make will not exceed the actual cost of shipping and no restocking fees will be charged.

Please know that we welcome customers who require more effort and shipping expense. This policy is not meant to discourage those customers, but rather is charged to allow us to continue to provide a higher level of service.

Note: Products being returned must be in new, unused condition with factory tags and packaging (basically we are asking that you return products in the same condition as when they were received). We cannot issue refunds or credit for products without the original tags and packaging. Please don’t use factory boxes for shipping back helmets, boots, etc. Place all return items inside shipping boxes. Re-bag helmets in the cloth protective bag to prevent scuffing.
